These terms apply to every app published by Vishal Gandhi under the BetterSuite name. By using an app you agree to them.
The apps are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute them except as permitted by law or the app store terms under which you obtained them.
Content in the apps — including prompts, number sequences, and wellness-themed material — is provided for personal reflection, practice, and entertainment only. It is not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, and no outcome is promised or implied. Always consult a qualified professional for advice in those areas.
The apps are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the apps. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the mandatory law of your country.
If an app offers purchases or subscriptions, they are processed entirely by the App Store or Google Play under their terms; refunds are handled through the store you purchased from.
